A Place for Industry Professionals to Gather and Grow in Community

Who Else Has Had This Experience?
When I decided to start my business over 20 years ago, I had a wonderful support system of friends and family, which was such a blessing - I was so grateful that so many people took a chance on me as a fledgling trainer. My business grew steadily and I was doing work I was proud of.

But if I could go back in time? I'd tell 26 year old me about all the things I'd learned about running a business -- budget, save, invest; have a plan for growing your expertise and income - don't just wing it! I would have SO MUCH to share about doing business better. And I'd show her HOW.

The horse industry is so interesting - it's brother/sisterhood in many respects, but we professionals are also deeply siloed. There are very few resources out there for those just starting out, or those who've been in the industry for a while and want to get to know other industry pros, need help navigating a new or difficult situation, or maybe want to learn or share some best practices that have improved their business practices.

This isn't a place for gossip or sales pitches, but rather a place for us to gather in shared experiences, to build and grow more stable, more satisfying, more profitable businesses.

The group is for anyone working in the equine industry - from trainers to farriers, bodyworkers and barn owners or managers, breeders and more! If horses help you make your living, come join us. Let's grow a network rooted in our love of the horse. There is a small membership fee for joining, which helps me cover the costs of running a group like this. I deeply appreciate your consideration joining, and hope to see you inside!
